Description
This listing is for a great looking Brown Trout on a solid wood plaque. It was caught in New Zealand on the Mataura River which is on the South Island. Nice bowed body pose on this taxidermy mount. Overall condition is excellent, except for minor damage to a couple of the fins (see attached photos). Because of this, it has been rated “Nice”.
Overall size is 26″ long and 11″ high, with the fish itself measuring 24 inches. It had a live weight of 7 1/2 pounds when caught in 1977. Buy this taxidermy mount for the lodge, cabin or business to display with a collection of fish.
