Description
This is a hard-to-find species in a shoulder mount (or any other taxidermy work) that we have just added. It is a great example with 21-inch horns and each boss measures 7 1/2″ wide. Head forward, looking forward is the pose for this taxidermy mount. Coat has thick, long fur with a range of color from tan to chocolate brown. Overall, an “Excellent” rated item for quality.
Mount measures approximately 42″ tall, 27″ wide and 35″ deep (wall to nose). This item hangs on a single, well-secured fastener with the attached bracket. Muskox are native to the region around the Arctic Circle with populations in Alaska, Greenland and Norway. This ox was taken in 2010 and mounted at that time.
