Description
This is a trophy class African Impala for sale. It features a beautiful turned head pose (looking slightly to viewer’s left). Head is up and displays a great pair of horns that score high in the Silver Class for SCI (Safari Club International). Expertly done taxidermy work on this piece. There are a couple detractors for this mount though. The most obvious is a couple places on the cape that look like battle scars on the right side of the neck and chest. The other item to note is that the tip of the antelope’s right ear is damaged/missing (see attached photos). Given the workmanship, size of horns and pose, this item is still rated as “Excellent” for the species.
Overall mount size is 39″ tall, 15″ wide and 21″ deep (wall to nose distance). Mount hangs on a single fastener with attached bracket. Buy this taxidermy for the lodge, cabin, mancave or business. Display with a collection of exotic game varieties or as a feature piece.
