Description
Here is a truly “Premier” taxidermy mount of a common Reedbuck! To start with, the horns on this buck are 12 6/8″ and 12 7/8″ with bases of 5 5/8″ each side. These horns yield a score of 25 5/8″. This is the largest Reedbuck trophy that we have offered. The minimum score for SCI Silver Medal class is 24 3/8″.
The workmanship on this mount is beautifully done. A nice pose with the head up and a slight right turn (see photos) looking into the room. Nice coloring with good hair thickness and length. Overall grade for this mount, given it’s quality and superior horn size, is a rating of “Premier”.
Mount dimensions are 31″ tall/high x 16″ wide x 21″ deep. Display this taxidermy on a single, well-secured fastener with the bracket that is already attached. Add this mount to any African collection or use as a feature piece in the home, cabin, lodge or business.
