Description
While taxidermy mounts of the North American Pronghorn are not uncommon, finding one in a rug is! This is the first that we have handled to make available to our clients. Aside from it being a rarely found item, it has an unusual set of horns that cross each other and make a loop over the head. It is a nicely done rug with a taxidermy head and has the hooves attached (see photos). The hide does have the typical thin hair in the flanks of the skin. Overall an “Excellent” quality/appearance rating has been given for this buck.
Buy this taxidermy item for the lodge, cabin, mancave or showroom. An unusual item to find on a fairly often found North American species. Rug is double felt lined (see attached photos).
