Here we have a beautiful example of an Alaskan Dall ram for sale. Let me start by saying that this is a wall hanger, not a floor setter! I apologize for the photos but was working by myself and not able to get hung on the wall. I tied a wire on him just to keep him secure while taking pictures, this is not something that will be used when wall mounted. Please bear with me on the photos. Thanks!
A natural pose graces this mount as he is in a standing position moving from the viewers’ right to left along the wall. (see attached photos). It is not in pristine condition as it has the bolts visible at the back of the ankles upon close inspection. It is not something you notice without looking for it but is worth noting. Great horn sizes on this ram that measure 35 3/8″ and 36 1/8″ with bases of 12 2/8 each side.
This item has a great rocky base that hangs on 2 well-secured fasteners. Overall size is approximately 70 inches long, 63″ high and 24″ deep (wall into room). Buy this taxidermy to display in the lodge, showroom or home. Add this mount to a collection of sheep or North American big game species.
