Here we have a beautiful North American Bison shoulder mount that is truly “World Class”! To start with this is a great bull that once had a range that included parts of Yellowstone National Park. He is posed with a head forward, looking forward form. His coloring and fur are a great chocolate brown and has good length and thickness. To top it off, the horns on this bull are Boone & Crockett caliber with bases measuring 15″ and 15 1/8″ (inches) and having lengths of 16 6/8″ and 16 5/8″. This is an exceptional example of the species in every regard!
This taxidermy mount hangs on a single, well-secured fastener with the attached bracket. Overall mount size is approximately 48″ tall/high, 34″ wide and 40″ deep (wall to nose distance), so allow ample space for full viewing and appreciation of this extra-large buffalo mount. The width of the horns is 34″ outside to outside and they grow well out from the head before taking a turn upward.
