Description
This is a large sized Shiras Moose European mount. Great vintage taxidermy item that would look great in the lodge, cabin, mancave or business. Excellent overall condition with the obvious notch in the top of the skull (see attached photos). Large rack that measures 42″ at widest point. Each side measures over 2 1/2 feet in length (31″ left and 33″ right). Heavy bases and nice fields on each side.
This item had once been a shoulder mount but has since been deconstructed to become a European piece. Skull hangs on a single, well-secured fastener. Large bull that would go great in a collection of European mounts with other North American big game species.
