Here we have an older mount of a Rocky Mountain Elk. It has a great rack that is a 6 x 7. Mount is posed with head up and looking forward. Cape is in great condition with good coloring. The one drawback on this older bull is that there is some cracking at the eyes, which is visible when viewed up close (see attached photos). This mount hangs on a single, well-secured fastener with the attached bracket. Overall mount quality with the deduction for the eyes, is “Excellent”. Buy this taxidermy for display in a collection or as a stand-alone piece. Hang this mount in the cabin, lodge, home or business.
